Our Process
From Resin to Roll
Raw Material Selection
Only virgin polyethylene resins from certified suppliers are used. Each batch is tested for melt flow index and density before production.
Cast Film Extrusion
State-of-the-art cast film extrusion lines melt and form the PE resin into a uniform film with precise thickness control across the full width.
Online Quality Monitoring
Continuous online thickness gauging and surface inspection systems detect and correct any deviations in real time during production.
Winding & Slitting
Advanced winding systems produce jumbo rolls with consistent tension and alignment. Precision slitting converts to customer-specified widths.
Laboratory Testing
Every batch undergoes comprehensive laboratory testing including thickness, tensile strength, elongation, heat seal strength, and optical properties.
Packaging & Dispatch
Finished rolls are wrapped in export-standard packaging, labelled with full traceability information, and dispatched with a certificate of analysis.
